By accessing or using the City Perspective blog (“the Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you waive any objection to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Canadian courts for any legal actions related to City Perspective.

The Site and all content, materials, and information available through City Perspective are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
City Perspective expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
City Perspective does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from City Perspective or through the Site will create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
You use the Site and any content or materials at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from such use.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, provincial, national, or international law or regulation.

City Perspective is not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, profits, business, or goodwill resulting from the use of or reliance on the Site or its content.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site or any of its content is to stop using the Site.
City Perspective does not assume any liability for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content provided on the Site.
City Perspective shall not be liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
If any limitation or exclusion of liability is not enforceable under applicable law, City Perspective’s total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed $100 CAD.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to articles, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of City Perspective or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
The City Perspective name and logo are trademarks of City Perspective and may not be used without prior written permission.
Users may view, download, and print content from the Site for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that all copyright and proprietary notices are retained.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or otherwise use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without the express written consent of City Perspective.
If you submit content (such as comments or articles) to the Site, you grant City Perspective a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content in connection with the Site.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the foregoing license for any content you submit and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
City Perspective reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms of Use.

City Perspective reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Use at any time, at its sole discretion.
